Bellavista |
The Moretti family began making sparkling wines in northern Italy’s Franciacorta region in the late 1970s. It didn’t take long for the family winery, Bellavista, to become one of the best producers in Italy with some even proclaiming it the country’s best sparkling wine. James is particularly fond of the Teatro Alla Scala Brut 2011, which is a collaboration between Bellavista and the famous opera house in Milan. Please click here for the tasting notes.
