The rieslings of German winery Joh. Jos. Prüm are paragons of this variety, particularly late-harvest wines with a ripeness level of auslese or more. I am impressed with the recent 2013 releases of JJ Prüm ausleses for their freshness and subtle fruitiness without being overly sweet—and recommend five you don’t want to miss.
