I love Trimbach Clos Ste. Hune. This is one of THE great Rieslings of the world. It drinks wonderfully young and ages incredibly. I had it last night with a friend and my girlfriend at a family style Chinese restaurant in Wanchai, Hong Kong, called Sang Kee Seafood Restaurant. We drank it with fried grass noodles in black bean sauce with king prawns. The wine showed a complex nose of beautiful cream with light mango and tropical fruits that turned to mineral and flint that then turned to petrol. Showing mature character for such a young Clos Ste. Hune. So lovely now! 95 points.
