In this video Dominique Genot, director and enologist talks about the Caiarossa 2009 vintage. He talks about the climatic conditions and how these translated into the wine. He also comments on how each variety in the blend adds a different character to the wine.  Watch the video for more. Enjoy!

    I'm listening to your thought processes about selecting the harvest based on taste and elimination, and I think first how neat it is to get a real glimpse into the thoughts of winemaker. Very interesting. Next I think, it's only a short step until computers quantify those subject variables of elimination. But if we can get the computer to buy and drink wine too.. that's real nirvana. But for now, thanks, a very good video.
