    I gather that "exposition" is the direction that a vineyard faces? I have hard that term twice in your Italian videos. Is this a relatively new term or a term mostly used by Italian viticulturists? Is it only direction or does it indicate slope as well?

    Good question. I think it is a literal translation in Italian of in what direction the vineyard faces the sun.

    wow Gaia really knows her stuff, lots of great information about the wine and more specifically the vineyard, and why they do things the way they do. She's so knowledge ...and beautiful I might add. Cheers, great video.
