Bordeaux produced some wonderfully refined and drinkable wines in 2012 that are going to excite collectors. They emphasize the unique soils and microclimates of their vineyards, especially those in Pomerol and Saint-Émilion. Below are 10 that I rate as worth buying – which should be better a value than wines from the same châteaux in the great years of 2009 and 2010.
